Here at Kazzanga, we value our customers and wish to provide the best service possible. If a product received is not to your satisfaction, then we will do what we can to help resolve the problem.
Eligibility For A Refund
Please note that we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind on an order. If you have received an order and a product is not to your satisfaction, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
You may be eligible for a refund if the product you received fits at least one of these criteria:
- The product has a significant issue or defect that would have stopped someone from buying it had they known about it.
- The product is faulty.
- The product has major damage.
- The product is significantly different than what was ordered/described.
The following items are exempt from refunds:
- Products bought from clearance, which are already reduced due to slight damage.
- Products bought on sale.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further options. We may ask for a photograph of the faulty product or additional details.
Please note that during the packing process, if we notice that a product you ordered is faulty or damaged, or if the product is missing, we may reduce the price and refund you the difference, or refund the entire product price at our discretion. We will notify you via email if we notice any issues during the packing of your order and send a partial or full refund via PayPal.
Please note that we do not generally accept returns on products. If a product received is faulty, has major damage, or is significantly different than what is ordered, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we can provide a refund instead. We may accept returns depending on the circumstance. If you wish to return a product, please contact us via email@example.com, and we can discuss further options.
We take great care to pack your products, and add additional padding to ensure minimal movement during the delivery process. However, if your parcel arrives with notable damage, please notify the delivery driver immediately. You may be required to lodge a damage claim with Australia Post.
