Account Questions

How Do I Register A New Account?
To register for a new account, click on "My Account" at the top of the page, then click on 'Register'. Follow the instructions to register for a new account.
How Do I Update My Email Address?
Once you are logged in, click on "My Account" at the top of the page. Click on "My Account" again to go to your account information page. Click on "Edit your account information" to change any login details associated with your account, including your first name, last name, email address or phone number.
How Do I Add A New Address To My Address Book?
Once you are logged in, click on "My Account" at the top of the page. Click on "My Account" again to go to your account information page. Click on "Modify your address book entries" to see your current saved addresses. To add a new address, click on 'New Address' at the bottom right.
How Do I See Or Modify My Wishlist?
Once you are logged in, click on 'Wishlist' at the top of the page. If you want to add products to your wish list, search for the product you want to add and click on the heart icon to add it to your wishlist. Please note that products may be hidden on your wishlist if they go out of stock!
How Do I Compare Products?
If you are unsure of which product to get, and you wish to compare them, you can use our helpful product compare tool. To compare a product, search for the product you want to add and click on the two arrows beside the heart wishlist icon. To see the products in your current product compare, click on 'Product Compare' on the product search page.
How Do I Cancel Or Modify An Order?
 If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us via sales@kazzanga.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been sent out by us, then we may be able to cancel or modify your order.
I Can't See My Order On My Account
If you can't see your order on your account, then you may have checked out as a guest. If you would like your order to show in your order history on your account, please contact us via sales@kazzanga.com, and we can merge your guest account with your new account.
I Did Not Receive My Order Confirmation Email
If you did not receive your order confirmation email, please contact us. We can check your order details, and resend you an email! Please also check your spam/junk mail to ensure that it didn't get lost there.

Online Store Questions

Are All Products Really In Stock?
Unless in the case of human error, yes, all products are in stock and ready to order! We are very careful with our inventory system, and we do all that we can to ensure that information is correct and up to date. When a product goes out of stock, it will no longer show up on our website. When it is back in stock, you will see it on your screen and you will be able to add it to your cart!
Do You Accept Pre-Orders?
Sorry, but we currently do not accept pre-orders. However, if there is a particular series you are looking for, you are welcome to send us an email at sales@kazzanga.com, and we can see if we can get it in store for you.
Do You Accept Backorders On Out Of Stock Products?
Sorry, but we currently do not accept backorders. We are always getting in new products, so keep an eye on our website to see what series are now available!

How Do I Know If A Series Is Right For Me?
Each manga or anime series is different. We recommend you look at the cover of the series, and read the description to see if it sounds like the kind of story you would enjoy. If you want more information, you can check the key words at the bottom of the product. We include information about the genre and demographic, which may help to provide more information on whether this series is right for you.
How Do I Know If A Series Is Age Appropriate?

We sort series by demographic and age group. In Japanese manga, there are four major demographics - shounen, shoujo, seinen and josei. Click on the categories listed below to see series in each demographic.

Shounen series are targeted towards a 13-16 year old teenage male audience.

Shoujo series are targeted towards a 13-16 year old teenage girl audience.

Seinen series are targeted towards an 18+ male audience.

Josei series are targeted towards an 18+ female audience.

We also have a category for kids manga/anime, suitable for younger children or tweens.

Please keep in mind however that this is just the demographic, and these series can be enjoyed by anyone or any age or gender. Some categories are quite broad (such as the shounen category) and some series might not be appropriate for everyone in that age group. Please read the description of any series you might be considering, to determine whether it is right for you or someone you know.

How Do I Choose The Right Series As A Gift?
We would recommend you find out if there are other anime or manga they already enjoy. From there, you could try researching the genre of that series and search that genre in our website to see if there are other similar titles that they may enjoy. You could also refer to the age demographic search above, which may help to further determine which series would be right as a gift. How Do I Find New Series I Might Enjoy?
Using the search bar at the top of the page, try typing in a genre you like. Our series are categorised by genre and demographic, so by searching for the genres you like, you may be able to discover new series that you would enjoy. We also sort series by the publisher (e.g. VIZ, Kodansha, Dark Horse) and also by author. If there are series by a publisher you tend to enjoy, or series by an author you like, you can search for those as well. As you browse our wide range of series, you may wish to add some to your wishlist by clicking on the heart icon, so you can easily come back to them later!

Where Are You Located?
We are located on the Sunshine Coast in QLD Australia.
Where Do You Ship To?
We ship all across Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do You Offer Pick-Up For Orders In The Sunshine Coast Region?
Sorry, but unfortunately we no longer offer pick-up options.
How Much Does Postage Cost?
Postage costs only $12 Australia-wide. If shipping to New Zealand, our postage is weight based, and is calculated in the cart during the checkout process.
Do You Offer Express Postage?
Although express postage is not shown in the checkout, we are still happy to offer it to those who want it. If you would like to have your order express posted, please send us an email via sales@kazzanga.com, and we can discuss express postage options.

Order Packaging & Processing

When Will My Order Be Processed?
We process your order during our business hours, Monday-Friday 10AM-4PM. We send your order via Australia Post with tracking. Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with your tracking number. To learn more about our process for preparing orders, please read our 'Shopping With Us' page.
How Will My Order Be Packed?

Once we have received your order, we first quality check your products to ensure that all of your items are in good condition. If products are unfit for sending, we will contact you immediately. 

We pride ourselves on our packaging process! Once your products have been checked for good quality, we wrap, pack and prepare your parcels with care. We wrap items in brown paper to keep products in good quality during delivery. We add additional padding to minimise movement in transit. 

I Am A Collector. Is There A Way To Ensure That Products Are In High Quality Before They Are Sent?
Please know that we always quality check all products before they are sent out! However, if you would like to see a photograph of the product before purchasing it, you are welcome to send us an email to sales@kazzanga.com. We would be happy to show you the quality of the product, before you make a final decision.
Do You Offer Afterpay?
At this time, we don't offer Afterpay. However, we do have PayPal which also comes with a Pay In 4 option. To choose this option, click on 'PayPal' at checkout, and within the PayPal interface, choose 'Pay In 4'.
