  1. Payment must be made in full before an order can be finalized and sent. Please give us 24 hours to confirm your payment (via Paypal or Direct Deposit). Once payment has been received, your order will be packed and sent via Australia Post.
  2. Cancellations or changes of orders can only occur if the order has not yet been sent out by us. If you would like to change, modify or cancel an already placed order, please contact us as soon as possible via
  3. All product pricing is shown in AUD. We only deliver within Australia or New Zealand.
  4. Kazzanga reserves the right to cancel, modify or refund any order that was incorrectly charged, due to IT issues or software inconsistencies.

However, if your parcel arrives with notable damage, please notify the delivery driver immediately. You may be required to lodge a damage claim with Australia Post.
